此件藏品正面是袁世凯头像，刻着“民国三年”字样。背面装饰有嘉禾纹饰和“壹元”。包浆流畅自然，边齿规整，钱型周正，品相完好。虽然经历了漫长的岁月，但纹路依然清晰可见，其锈迹也见证了它历史的积淀，具有非常明显的历史变迁特征，具有不可言说的价值。这是历史上第一件以英文签名为样本的钱币，极为罕见，具有较高的收藏价值和经济价值。

癸卯江南省造光绪元宝七钱二分

重26.8g；直径3.9cm

江南省造光绪元宝库平七钱二分，系南京造币厂于光绪二十三年()开始铸造，共发行9年至光绪三十一年（）停止发行，其中年币面无计年称“老江南”，其余均带干支纪年分别为：戊戌、乙亥、庚子、辛丑、壬寅、葵卯、甲辰、乙巳。

段祺瑞像和平执政纪念币

段祺瑞，安徽合肥人，民国初年北洋军阀首脑之一。他先后在北洋政府中担任众多要职。从保定军校总办、北洋第六镇（相当于师）统制、总参谋长、陆军总长等职，最后更高居政府总理和“执政”（相当于总统）的领袖地位。在他登上“执政”宝座后，由天津造币厂铸行了“段祺瑞和平执政纪念币”，以彰显他的功德。
